I've already made my game purchase this month. Maybe I'll put it down on my Christmas wish list since my X360 is already ordered.

Well there are rumblings out there that a version of WoW for X360 MIGHT be in the works. No one will confirm anything, but the rumor keeps popping up.
Have you tried Civ IV online yet?

This installment of Civ (pc) destroyed my computer, and a friend's as well.
I installed it, and it killed my windows kernel stuff, as it did to my friend's.
Be careful. I bought mine at EB in a mall, as did my friend. I bought another copy online, and it works fine.

I got Civ III.
I'm not sure if I'll be getting Civ IV.
I don't really remember much of the other Civ games I've played long ago, but I still remember very clearly how a medieval Spearman of some backwater Civilization killed one of my tanks.
I mean, I know you can't have everything be realistic.
But when it comes to tanks and it comes to dudes with pointy sticks, one would assume that the tank might have a somewhat decent showing.

I still remember way back in Civ I... I attacked an American city still guarded with a Phalanax with a BATTLESHIP. My battleship died. I must've spent 10 minutes just staring at the screen in total disbelief. I absolutely couldn't believe it.

I have been playing Civ IV. It takes some getting use too. I am just figuring it all out.
Allot of complaints though on the graphics. There is many out there with pretty fast laptops(mainly students) and their systems can't run the game. Their video "card" on these laptops are choking on the Wonder movies and Etc.
My Son is one of them. His Toshiba laptop should play it with no problem. Not the case. They didn't design it so we can shut off certain graphics like the Movies. It has sent people on mad searches for drivers that will make the game work somewhat acceptable.
Then you see games like Guild Wars that the Devs really made to be playable by just about anyone.

Yeah, one thing I hate about recent computer games is that even if your computer is fine to run a game, even if you're good with updating drivers, somewhere along the line, there will be people that just can't run a game. Or that a game will just be a memory hog for no particular reason despite how juiced up your machine is.
